Return Process

Contact our customer service team via phone or email within your 100-night trial period to start your return or exchange process.

Provide your original proof of purchase and photos of the mattress to confirm it is in clean, undamaged condition as per our hygiene standards.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our professional delivery team to pick up the mattress directly from your home.
- 4.Refund or Exchange Processing
After the mattress is received at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply the credit toward your new selection.
